Applications for 2012 have closed. 2013
applications are currently available below. All applications will only be
considered in June.
Anyone wishing to apply to come to V.G.H.S. in 2013 needs to complete an
application form. They also
need to include:
1.
Certified copy of latest School Report
2.
Certified Birth Certificate of learner
3.
Certified copies of parents’/guardian’s IDs.
4.
Certified copy of ID of person responsible for account (if not the parent or
guardian) of learner
5.
Single parents must submit a certified copy
of the death certificate of the deceased parent or an affidavit.
6. Receipt
or deposit slip for R50.00 administration fee
7. ID
photograph of applicant attached to cover
8.
The
confidential learner profile form filled
in by the principal of the learner’s present school, sealed in an envelope with
the school stamp over the envelope flap.
These documents must reach
the school by 10am on 10 June 2011
